What should I do if I have forgotten my PIN or I blocked my Isabel card?

  • To ensure your security, even Isabel does not know your password and cannot reset your password or reactivate the card when it is blocked.
  • If the card is blocked, you will need to order a new card.
  • Your password is personal and Isabel will never ask you to communicate it.
