How can I add, modify or remove a user?



The legal representative fills out and signs a pdf digitally or signs manually and adds a copy of his/her eID.
In case of add/modify user a copy of the eID of the new user is also required.

The user that will be inactivated will still be on the next invoice.
Example: You request your user to be inactivated on the 15th of July,  this means that Isabel will bill the user for the month of July. The invoice of the month of July is sent at the beginning of August.
