What should I do if I lose my Isabel card?


  1. If you lose your Isabel card, there is a risk that someone will find it and retrieve the password (even if your card has not been activated yet). That is why it is in your utmost interest to have your card blocked immediately.
    Call Card Stop immediately on +32 (0)70 344 344 (24h/7days) They will inform Isabel and take care of it.
    Make a note of the report number that Card Stop will give you. That way, Isabel Customer Care will be able to assist you in issuing a new card more quickly after you have reported the loss or theft.
