I have not received my Isabel card

The delivery time is 5 to 8 business days

  • If you ordered an Isabel card more than 8 business days ago, please contact Isabel Customer Care.

I have not received my card reader

The delivery time is 2 to 7 business days

  • If you  ordered a card reader more than 7 business days ago, please contact Isabel Customer Care.

I have not received my PIN-letter

If you provided your Belgian identity card number with your order, you may have chosen to activate your card with your eID and in that case you will not receive a PIN letter.
You can start the activation of the card using your eID card.
